2025 Metro Manila Year-End Conference

Conference Information

The Metro Manila Chinese/English-Speaking Year-End Conference will be held at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) in Tagaytay City from December 29 to 31, 2025.

Lodging options include Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), View Park Hotel, and Amadeo Blending Center.

Meeting Schedule

Reminders:

• Bring your own tumblers/water bottles. Bottled water will not be provided, but water dispensers will still be available for refills.
• Saints lodging in Amadeo Blending Center must bring their own blankets.

Check-in Information

Check-in begins at 3:00PM on December 29.

Saints registered to sit-in must proceed to DAP before the first session to claim your IDs and outlines.

Walk-in participants must register to be issued an ID to be admitted to the meetings. Please prepare the exact amount of Php 650.00 for faster registration.

Advance Guest Registration for those Lodging in DAP

To facilitate efficient and orderly check-in, please complete the DAP Guest Registration prior to your arrival. Kindly follow this link: DAP Guest Registration.

As per DAP policy, all guest occupying a bed should be registered. Toddlers and children that are registered to share beds DO NOT NEED guest registration.

Check-in Procedures for View Park Hotel and DAP

Proceed to Registration Desk at the Lower Lobby of DAP to check-in. IDs and outlines will also be distributed at this area.

Saints Lodging in View Park Hotel:

• After receiving your IDs and outlines, you may proceed to View Park Hotel to go to your room.

Saints Lodging in DAP:

• For saints that have NOT YET completed the DAP Guest Registration in advance, scan the QR code and fill up the online form at the registration area.
• After completing the DAP Guest Registration, proceed to the DAP Front Desk at the Upper Lobby and mention your name to claim the room keys.

Please review the House Rules and Emergency Response Plan of DAP prior to your arrival.

Conference Guidelines

Concerning Meetings

1. Let us prepare our heart to meet the Lord before every meeting. Come early to pray (by ourselves or with a companion).
2. Please wear your ID at all times. NO ID, NO ENTRY.
3. Please follow ushers’ directions concerning seating. Let us sit to uplift the atmosphere.
4. Children’s meetings simultaneous with every session at Conference Room 8 (climb the stairs to the upper lobby, the room is along the hallway to the right of the open court).
5. Cellular phones must be turned off or placed on silent mode to avoid distracting the meeting.

Concerning Meals

1. Please present your meal stub for every meal. NO MEAL STUB, NO MEAL.
2. Please use only one (1) plate for each meal. Use the same plate when getting a second serving. Toddlers sharing food should share the same plate. (Plates and stubs must tally.)
3. There will NOT be on-the-spot buying of meals for sit-ins.
4. Saints staying in View Park Hotel are to take breakfast there. But their lunch and dinner are at DAP. For concerns regarding meal stubs, please look for Janin Lim (0917-8852646).

For Those Staying in DAP and View Park Hotel

Rooms
– For any concerns regarding your room, please go to the Front Desk.
– Please do not use the extra beds in your room.

For Those Staying in Amadeo

Transportation

Bathing
– Please follow your bathing schedule. Only ten minutes bathing time for every saint.
– Avoid leaving trash in the cubicle. Please dispose properly.

Rooms
– Please let older saints occupy the lower bunk.
– No eating inside the rooms.
– Observe silence after lights off.
